We operate as a professional medical clinic with a Medical Director who provides oversight to our registered nurses and sonographers on staff. When women visit the Pregnancy Center, they receive information on their three options: abortion, adoption and parenting. They also receive a free pregnancy test and an ultrasound..
Because college students are more at-risk for abortion, we have also established an on campus presence at UNL which allows us to more directly reach women most vulnerable to abortion. We offer free pregnancy tests and options counseling at the Pregnancy Center UNL office.

Pregnancy Tests & Ultrasounds
After a positive pregnancy test, every woman is offered a free ultrasound. Seeing their baby helps give them all the information to make an informed choice. Statistics show us that 85% of women who see their baby on an ultrasound will chose life.
Options Counseling
Each woman receives a safe, caring place to explore her options and learn all the facts. Our client educators provide women complete information about parenting, adoption, and abortion. The Pregnancy Center does not coerce or manipulate women into choosing one option over another. We provide them with the critical information and truth they need to make an informed decision. We are a place where they can process the truth without any pressure.

PARENTING CLASSES
We believe that part of our support to clients when they choose life is to give them education and tools to be informed parents
First Steps
This 7 week class goes over how to prepare for a baby, safety issues, how to give your baby a bath, feeding your baby with the help of our lactation specialist, healthy relationships, finances, playing with your baby, a class for new dads, medical information from a nurse practitioner, and a homemade meal from our instructor.
Baby Boutique
Clients earn “mommy money” to spend in our baby boutique at the end of the sessions. Boutique items include everything a new parent will need to care for a baby including cribs, new car seats, clothing, bottles, diapers, toys, formula, and much more.
Birth Basics
A two session 6 hour class that educates about labor and delivery taught by a labor and delivery nurse.
